L’Atelier VFX est une société d’effets spéciaux numériques, fondé fin 2009 par Damien Stumpf (superviseur), Antoine Marbach (producteur), et Christophe Beaucarne (directeur de la photographie).

Ce studio est voulu comme un atelier à la fois de part son nom, sa taille, et son caractère. L’esprit, à sa fondation, est celui d’une fabrique d’image à taille humaine, où tout est pensé sur mesure et réalisé avec la plus grande attention.

Dès sa création, l’Atelier VFX participe à la finition de projets ambitieux pour Ubisoft, SonyEricsson, Cartier, l’Oréal. En 2010, Marjane Satrapi et Vincent Parronaud font appel à Antoine et Damien pour la post-production de leur film “Poulet aux Prunes” sorti en octobre 2011. l’Atelier réalise les effets des films “Just Like a Woman” de Rachid Bouchareb puis de “l’Amérique” de Anne Fassio.

Au fil des rencontres et projets l’Atelier renforce ses relations avec réalisateurs, producteurs, devenant ainsi l’interlocteur particulier en VFX pour chacun de ceux qui sont passé par cette fabrique d’image.

Ateliervfx is a small, proficient post-production & visual effects house, working for film industry on feature, tv and web content.

It was founded end of 2009 by Damien Stumpf (supervisor), Antoine Marbach (producer), in association with well respected cinematographer Christophe Beaucarne (DoP works on Imdb).
From the very first year, Ateliervfx started challenging projects for Ubisoft, SonyEricsson,l’Oréal, Cartier, and Marjane Satrapi’s live adaptation of Chicken With Plums. After 18 months of existence, we’ve prepared, worked on and finished more than 200 visual effects shots.

Before setting up their own business, Damien and Antoine’s worked up to 8 years in different studios (mainly BUF, also DuranDuboi for Damien) making visual effects on several commercials or feature films. Our past references include but are not limited to:
